Visible notification when Invoices or reports need approval.

When working in Klippa, i'm generally working from the invoices tab. I can't see if there are any reports (out of pocket or card reports) that need my attention. We also have budgethouders which mis their invoices to be approved because they are looking in the wrong screen.

Only notification now is by E-mail. Will be great is we can add an bullet or number when there are actions to be taken in the webversion also (similiar as on your phone but then on the web version).
