Fix the save and book buttons (to avoid mistakingly pressing 'Book')

Recently the buttons on the right hand corner have change. When you want to approve an invoice it happens that first the button says 'save' and then after you click approved, the 'save' button moves to the right and the 'book' button appears on it's original spot. IT would be better if both these buttons are fixed and cannot move.
