Bundle multiple receipts into one expense with category budget enforcement

Enable users to submit multiple receipts from different merchants as a single expense and automatically apply the budget limit defined for the selected expense category or subcategory.

Instead of submitting each receipt separately, users can bundle related purchases into one entry. SpendControl calculates the total amount of all attached receipts and enforces the maximum reimbursable amount based on the expense policy.

Example:

This issue came up when I submitted an employee expense for an internal gift that consisted of two items purchased from different stores. Together, the total amount exceeded the allowed budget for that expense category.

Because the receipts had to be submitted as separate expenses, I had to explain in the descriptions that they were related and manually lower the reimbursable amount on one of them.

Being able to submit these receipts together as one expense would have made it much clearer and allowed the budget limit to be applied automatically.
